Refund Policy
The "single-recording watermark-free unlock" is a one-time digital product. The watermark-free export is unlocked and delivered immediately upon successful payment. Because the product is consumed at the moment of delivery, this purchase is non-refundable.
1. One-time export is non-refundable
Once payment succeeds and the watermark-free unlock is granted for your recording, the purchase cannot be refunded. Please make sure you intend to unlock before paying.
2. The only exception: charged but not delivered
We will issue a full refund only in these cases:
- Payment succeeded but the server never recognized it, so the watermark-free unlock was never delivered.
- An accidental duplicate charge for the same recording.
These are failed/duplicate deliveries, not dissatisfaction with a delivered product.
3. How to request (exception cases only)
Email support@excalicast.cn and include:
- The email used at checkout.
- The transaction ID from your receipt (looks like
txn_01...orch_...). - A brief description of the issue.
4. Processing time
- We typically reply within 2 business days.
- Once approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method.
- Funds usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
5. Subscriptions
Pro / Max subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop future billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Past subscription periods already billed are not refunded.
